4. Advisor Content & Intellectual Property

All media, video clips, frameworks, articles, and profile content published by advisors within the LaWI platform are hosted under the distribution and platform rights of LaWI (Winrose Lifestyle). Advisors retain authorship credit but grant LaWI a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote such content within the platform ecosystem. This is agreed to during the advisor onboarding process.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

Advisors: Seekers' names, contact details, and intake responses are shared with the booked advisor to facilitate the session.
Payment processors: Razorpay receives transaction data necessary to process payments.
Video conferencing: Zoom receives session scheduling data to generate meeting links.
Email service providers: To send transactional emails and notifications.
Legal authorities: When required by applicable Indian law or court order.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Booking records and invoices are retained for 7 years to comply with Indian GST and accounting regulations. You may request deletion of your account data by writing to us at [email protected].
